Our story began in 1967, when Richard Edwards opened an appliance company in Nassau County. Drawing on his experience as a Sears appliance mechanic, he built the business around reliable repairs and straightforward customer care.
As the community’s needs changed, our work evolved from appliance repair to full-service air conditioning repair, installation, and replacement. That transition laid the foundation for the comfort solutions we provide today.

From Appliance Repair to Complete Comfort Solutions
Expanding into air conditioning repair, installation, and replacement allowed us to meet more of the heating and cooling needs of homeowners and businesses throughout Northeast Florida and Southeast Georgia.
Today, we repair and install air conditioners, heat pumps, and ductless mini-split systems of all makes and models. We also provide heating, indoor air quality, and thermostat services for homes and large commercial properties.
