Our maintenance membership is designed for Nassau County homeowners and businesses who want consistent AC care without tracking service intervals themselves. We send appointment reminders by email or text and handle the scheduling, so nothing falls through the cracks during a busy season.

Maintenance visits are billed per visit at $97 for the first system and $55 for each additional system at the same residence. Members also receive discounts on all repairs, with savings that vary based on the normal flat rate and type of repair.
